Note:
- Fees include presentation of one paper, certificate of participation (e-Certificate), and participation to all sessions.
- The registration fee, including the APC, must be paid by 18 May 2026 at the latest.
- The amount of payment can be arranged as follows:
1. One regular presentation, including 1 paper publication = 95 USD + 250 USD = 345 USD
2. Two regular presentations, including 2 paper publications = (95 USD x 2) + (250 USD x 2) = 690 USD
3. One presentation only = 75 USD
4. For group registration (minimum 10 presenters + 10 papers), the APC will be partially waived to 170 USD/paper.
5. A maximum of two papers from the same author is accepted.
6. The exchange rate is determined by the day’s rate at the time the author sends the payment. - The student registration must submit a scanned copy of the student ID card with the receipt to the Conference Treasury. To be eligible for this registration, the student must be assigned as a presenter.
- The final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of submitted manuscripts is made solely by the proceeding publisher.
- The TCIMSM Organizing Committee is not involved in the final editorial decision-making process conducted by the proceeding publisher.
- The Article Processing Charge (APC) is determined by the publisher and applies to all submitted articles, including those that are ultimately declined by the publisher.
- Refund inquiry due to rejection by the proceeding publisher and other force majeure reasons will not be entertained.
